'TILL THERE WAS BLUE' consists of myself playing jazz guitar accompaniments for a female vocalist named Brigid DeNeefe. It is very much in the style of 'TUCK & PATTI. Our music can be classified as laid back easy listening back jazz.

Our repertoire consists mainly of jazz standards, such as: 'SUMMERTIME', 'GEORGIA', 'A FOGGY DAY' etc. We also do some nice arrangements of; 'OVER THE RAINBOW' and 'SCARBOROUGH FAIR'.

Brigid has many years of performing experience within the fields of musical comedy and light opera, as well as singing for various jazz and blues bands. Aside from our duo, she also provides lead vocals for a community show band.

I have also been performing in a number of bands for a long period of time. This has provided me with an eclectic style of playing, which can work well within a number of musical genres.

We have done successful performances at a number of festivals. These include the Doncaster Rotary Jazz Festival on October 9, 2004 and the 2005 Inverloch Jazz Festival, which was held during the Moomba long weekend.
