The Lowland Piper is George From Williamstown - Victoria. He has been regarded as one of the new breed of bagpipers and has been playing just on 5 years. He is one of a few bagpipers who play the Scottish Small pipes.

The Scottish Small pipe is a unique instrument - unlike the Highland Pipe - the Small pipe is much quieter and perfect for functions such as Business and Company launches, Indoor and Outdoor Ceremonies and any other celebrations that require the 'quieter more intimate sound'.
