MelikiAs a soloist Ash plays classical guitar and world music.
She studied classical guitar and jazz piano at the Victorian College of the Arts. Ash
twice won Young Guitarist of the Year in the Classical/Flamenco section at the
Frankston International Guitar Festival.
Ash has broad tastes in music and adapts to many styles both on guitar and piano as a
soloist and in duos, groups and orchestras.
She has performed at executive functions at Crown Palladium, Rialto’s Victoria Club
and BMW Edge at Federation Square. She has played in music theatre orchestras, at
many festivals and concert halls. She is has entertained small intimate groups and
large crowds of over 1000 people.
She regularly works as a session musician recording on original artists albums,
accompanying singers and composing music for multimedia and film projects. She
has duo collaborations with a singers and instrumentalists and also plays in party
covers and contemporary original bands.
