Mama Fresh can play it loud and soft, fast and slow, and their skill lies in matching the tunes to each individual audience. Available from a four-piece right up to a 10-piece band with full horn section, Kimba and her fresh crew churn out the best of funk. Their look is current and sharp; It’s funk, minus the afro wigs and polyester playsuits!
Their credentials are impressive. The band is led by husband-and-wife team Ryan and Kimba Griffith. Ryan’s tight arrangements and virtuosic guitar keep the musical energy flowing while Kimba’s captivating stage presence, beautiful voice, and MC’ing abilities complete the equation. Their experience with a range of performance situations is extensive and they pride themselves on their communication and professionalism.
