The Gangsters of Love band evolved from client requests for the original three piece (Billy on guitar and Marisa and Leanne on vocals) to play as a bigger outfit, so they added drums, bass and rhythm guitar to give you the band they are today. Expanding on the faithful reproduction of the sounds of the 60’s, the band now also incorporates a broader range of tones from music of the 70’s to today’s Top 40 hits. It’s the authentic delivery of these diverse and contrasting styles which gives them their unique sound, and separates The Gangsters of Love from other corporate acts.

When you add in Leanne’s love of rock tunes and power ballads and Marisa’s preference for pop and disco, you have a band that has it all. With Marisa and Leanne having worked together for over six years in various line-ups, their ability to blend their contrasting singing styles is quite unique.
