Alex Kyle

Alex Kyle originally started playing in bands while studying Music and Literature at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
He has played in many bands over the years, both original and covers (most notably with the very successful “Run Spot Run”), and has toured several times throughout Europe and the US.

Alex has performed in most of Melbourne's top venues, concert halls and function centres. He has supported and played with many of Australia’s finest musicians including Ian Moss (ex- ‘Cold Chisel’) and Jon English.

Most recently, Alex fronted his own eight-piece corporate band "Rhythm Company" and played in cover band, “Tadpole”. He currently performs all over Melbourne as an acoustic soloist and also performs in duo’s and trio’s in “Rhythm Company” spin-offs; “2's Company”, “3s Company” and “The Barocca Brothers”.

His song list is extremely extensive, and when performed solo can be done acoustically or with full backing. Anyone who employs Alex can be guaranteed of a reliable and professional musician.

Alex has a wide variety of styles and believes that music should be fun and entertaining.
